Deleting your GoulAw account will permanently delete all your data. This action cannot be undone.
Data that will be deleted
Retention period
After receiving your request, we will proceed with deletion of your data within 30 days maximum.
Some data may be retained longer if required by law (for example for accounting, tax or legal reasons). In this case, you will be informed.
Deletion procedure
From the mobile app
Go to Profile → Settings → Legal → Delete Account
Send an email
To contact@goulaw.fr with subject: "Account deletion request"
Indicate in your email
Your account email address and confirmation of your request

We will confirm deletion within 30 days

If you just want to take a break, you can also log out from the application. Your data will be retained and you can log back in at any time.
Your GDPR rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This request will be processed as soon as possible.
