These rules define the rules and conditions of use of the GoulAw application.

⚠️ Important Warning

GoulAw is a free simulation game for betting on esports matches.

There is no real money betting or winnings. Bets are made with virtual currency (Goulux) which has no monetary value.

1. How the Game Works

Virtual Currency

Each user starts with a fictional amount of "Goulux". This virtual currency has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

Betting System

Bets are made on real esports matches (League of Legends, Valorant, CS2, etc.), but the results have no financial impact. You only win or lose virtual Goulux.

Dynamic Odds

Odds evolve in real-time based on team performance. The more favored a team is, the lower the odds, and vice versa.

2. Terms of Use

Minimum Age

The application is reserved for adults or those with parental authorization. By using GoulAw, you certify that you are of legal age in your country of residence.

Behavior

Respect between users is mandatory. Abusive behavior, harassment, cheating or any malicious activity may result in permanent account exclusion.

One Account per Person

Each user can only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all your accounts.

3. Betting Rules

  • A bet cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed
  • Bets are valid only for matches announced in the application
  • In case of match cancellation, bets are automatically refunded
  • Results are determined according to official match data
  • Winnings are automatically credited to your account after the match ends

4. Bonuses and Rewards

Daily Bonuses

You can claim a daily Goulux bonus each day. This bonus is only available once per day and cannot be accumulated.

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is granted when creating your account. This bonus is unique and can only be obtained once.

Bonus Cards

Bonus cards can be obtained during special events. These cards can offer temporary or permanent benefits.

5. Rankings and Statistics

Rankings are calculated according to different criteria:

  • Total number of Goulux won
  • Bet success rate
  • Number of winning bets
  • Performance over a given period

Rankings are updated in real-time and can be viewed at any time.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

The developer reserves the right to:

  • Modify game rules at any time
  • Temporarily interrupt service for maintenance
  • Modify or remove features
  • Delete the application without notice

In case of significant rule changes, users will be informed via the application or by email.

7. Liability

GoulAw is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer cannot be held responsible for:

  • Loss of data or Goulux due to a bug or technical error
  • Service interruption
  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the application
  • Match results on which you bet

8. Acceptance of Rules

By using GoulAw, you unreservedly accept all rules and conditions defined in these rules. If you do not accept these rules, you must not use the application.
